This is the most dangerous place I have ever lived. All Management there have never cared about anything happening there. Residents are breaking into and robbing other residents and no-one cares. A 52 year old woman was beaten by 5 men in front of her apartment after they broke into her home. My children have brought home at least 5 razor blades they found at the park they were supposed to be safe playing at. My child went to check the mail and found a huge knife in the grass. The pools have been closed to all residents for about 2 yrs. The rent I paid was $1100 a month. Nothing was ever fixed in my apartment. I went without heat for 3 years. Termites and cockroaches are all over the place. PLEASE consider your families safety before thinking about living here. By the way you might notice that none of the people who work at this complex will live there! If they won't live there for free why would you want to pay for this!!!

I completely agree. The Police shot an unarmed man there 2 days ago. There was a teen stabbed and thrown in the pool to die. Thugs are on every balcony, smoking dope. Women are beaten by burglars and Colton cops wont enter the complex without backup.

Eagle ridge apartments are a breeding ground for gang members, drug dealers, thugs and thieves. For the last year of our stay at Eagle Ridge my family had to walk through crowds of people rolling dice, drinking alcohol and smoking weed at all hours of the day and night. We were harassed by males and females alike. The playground was/is a hangout for the gang members and their lookouts. In the morning the playground was littered with alcohol bottles and debris. My car was keyed by one of the complexes problem tenants, my apartment was broken into mid afternoon by animals who used the downstairs apartment fence to elevate themselves to my balcony. They were friends of the downstairs tenants who allowed them to break into my home, THEY run the complex...not sane people. Neither management or the Colton Police Dept. has a handle on this situation. On the day of our move my family was jumped by gang member tenants of Eagle Ridge Apartments. Please do not consider this as a place to live for any reason!!!The gang bangers run this complex. The eviction process fails miserably, so you are not safe...they are. Are you willing to have your car stolen from the complex? My son in laws was. Are you willing to have your car keyed? Mine was. Do you want thugs roaming through your home? They were in my home. Do you want your loved ones jumped? Mine were. The Bad People outnumber the Good people, so stay away from Eagle Ridge Apartments. It is DANGEROUS. Shame on management and the Colton Police Dept.
