The day I moved into my apartment was also the day I realized that I might have made a mistake. First things first, let me speak in regards to the management. The three women that are the main leasing agents need some customer service training. They constantly have an attitude to the point where I refuse to go into the office to speak with any of them. They also refused to confirm my leasing information with MyNewPlace.com and therefore I did not receive my claim prize. I assume that ------- American woman is the one in charge and my god she needs the most help of them all. (I digress) The day that I moved into my apartment the maintenance department was still in my unit fixing/cleaning up their own mess. They didn t leave until 7 o clock that day and had to come back the next day and continued to fix problems that should have been taken care prior to my move in date. Also make sure you read you leasing agreement carefully, the amount you pay for rent in your lease agreement tends vary from the amount they have in their computer. Besides all of the issues listed above I can honestly say a couple of good things about the apartments themselves. Spacious rooms/ living rooms/ balconies and the price is affordable,I have only been living here a couple of months and haven t had any trouble thus far with other tenets. I ve actually fallen I love with my apartment and the community that surrounds it. It s just so unfortunate that three simple minded people can ruin a great experience

Just wait until you watch someone get shot inside your "comfy" community, or someone hits your car and won't admit it, or you watch someone climb over the balcony to rob another apartment. By the way....have you noticed that your sliding door doesn't lock and that its actually on backwards?
