The Blue Mountain Terrace Apts have many advantages to anyone searching for an Apartment Home at reasonable rent.
The Manager, Rochelle, is professional, courteous and always helpful. Her assistant, Danielle, likewise is also willing to listen to the needs of tenants and respond in a positive helpful way to there needs.
When repairs are needed they always respond in a timely manner. Overall, with the benefit of washer and dryers in each apartment, easy access to such things as cable and internet, plus being within a short drive of schools, stores and restaurants, it is a great place for those seeking to live in the Colton area.
