Grand Terrace apts are a freakin joke to live here. First off if your looking to move in to the ghetto then hey, great apt to live in. My wife and I have had nothing but bad things happen to us here. Security gates never work, mailboxes have been broken into twice since we lived here, cars get vandalized on a regular basis. The kids that live here are the worst off. There parents let them play until 10 at night and there like 5-8 years old. the kids run these apts. I'm finally tired of all the garbage that lives around here. Two years in a row we had fires cause everyone throws their old mattress out in the back and they (mangement)lets it pile up, until they become a fire hazard, and someone finally discards them. Maintenace is a joke, you never get anything fixed. Rochelle, and the rest of the staff are very unprofesional. After reading this post, you still want to live here, visit these apartments between 4-8pm on a weekday. If you have kids and you value their lives against drugs,crime,and want to keep them safe then DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
