The only thing that is good is there are no ants or roaches...course the waterbugs that try and get inside...uggg...also, don't expect to get anything fixed quickly or fixed correctly. Lastly, if you like listening to your neighbors upstairs making lots of noise day and night...then this is the place for you! Management is a bit shady as well. Under new management, lots of new monthly charges.
