All the bad things people say are true about these apartments, but compared to others in the area, it's not half bad here. You have a washer/dryer inside your apt. so you don't have to go to a public laundry, which is a luxury (for me) You have to consider that if you are going to move to a place in Colton, it's not gonna be that great, & the prices are lower so you get what you pay for, so don't expect it to be like Rancho where the rent is 2-3 times higher, or if you really can't handle the ghetto, get a better job so you don't have to live in a low income community, until then you belong here.
