Just cause its true doesnt make it right!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   The kids are out late at night causing trouble and starting fires in the dumpsters.. The kids around here have no respect. They see a car coming down and they do not move out of the way.. I even have had a few stand there looking at me with their hands are their hips not moving out of the way. The maintence sucks here. They dont fix crap that you request repairs on. They half do the job. Yeah so they have washer and dryers in the apartments so what. Even with the rent cheaper than other areas around here it is still not worth the rent payment to live here. Ive seen some stuff these few years Ive lived here from drug deals to used condoms on the ground. Cars are always getting broken into especially during the summer months. gates hardley work.. Although im shocked recently this is the longest they have worked in the 5 years living here. They have repainted the apartments at least twice since living here.. Yeah outside looks decent but the insides are falling apart.. They need to do upgrades on the insides of these apartments. Rent is not to high for me, but others that have moved in after me. I think pay way too much for what they are getting. Cops and swat teams are always showing up to apartments and the apartments next door. Any time I tell someone where I live they always say... OH you live on Ghetto lane.. Oh man that place is bad.. As soon as I can get out of here I will. It's not a matter of getting a better job as others have mentioned.. It's other priorities that have tied me down here for now. I would not recommend anyone to live here.. Well maybe my worst enemy!!!
