I have lived here for four years. I only stay here because they lower my rent every year. They do this because their staff gets worse every year. I have had my car broken into three times. There has been a stolen car parked in the front covered parking for over three weeks. My rain gutters are full. They turn the warm water off for no reason and with no warning. I don't mind the people that live here, but the staff is rude. They make you feel like they are better than you. Also I never got my money for refering a friend. That was over a year ago. If you want to live in an apartment complex where you are treated like crap move to Nova Pointe Apartments. That sould be their slogan.
