After I lived in this place, I know what it is to live in the ghetto.

I understand there can be problems when you live in an apartment complex.

But this place has definitely been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life.

Starting from the negligent manager (Isidra), to the irresponsible staff, this place is a total chaos.

Isidra in particular should be taught the concept of customer service.

I definitely do not understand why so many people would want to live there.

I am just waiting for my lease to expire.

I am not the kind of person that complains, but in this particular case, I should let you know that this is not the place where you want to live.

I have smelled marijuana near my apartment at least 10 times, I have the worst neighbours I had had in my life (which I am afraid to face because of their gangster appearance, I can't never find parking, the place is dirty, I have to call the office at least 3 times to get a problem solved.

Seriously, the list never ends with these people.

If I could rank Nova Point Apts in a one to ten scale, they would get a negative score.
