All I can say is police, ambulance, loud music, rude disrespectful people, dirty pools and jacuzzies, dirty pool bathrooms.
They keep the bathroom near the front office real clean that's because the staff uses it.
But ask them for a close up of their pools and watch them freak out cause they know that their filthy as heck! I never in my life seen such rude behavior until I moved in this darn place. I agree with the others that this place is deceiving in looks. I am leaving this crap this month hurrah!
