Please, I am begging you to contact the colton Police Department they can verify the violence within this place.Last night one black man laid bloody on these apartment grounds it happened in the alley directly behind apartment building number 54. Police cars were every where. They even taped off the crime seen. Two big white trucks showed up which I think said scientific something on it but the two trucks were identical. This place is the worst place that I have ever lived in and they have the nerve to charge so much for rent here. Management needs a reality check, they should be charging way cheaper rent because of the crime that is known to have happened here. And please do not bring your children to this place because no child deserves to live in chaos. I am warning you not to make the worst mistake of your life because if you move here that is what you just might come to feel about life here at Nova Pointe. Why is it that management is blind to the true conditions of these apartments or is it that they just might not care just as long as the money keeps rolling in. I don't care how much they keep the grounds well maintained. It's not helping decrease the violence. What we tenants need to do is come together and seek legal recourse through a class action law suit because this place looks so pretty but it is deceiving people because management has an obligation to its tenants to not withold any information that could end up having an adverse effect on our lives.
I believe we have been lied too and deceived indirectly and we must take a stand together or we'll all fall together. I don't know about any of you but I am mad as hell and I refuse to take it any more if management doesn't start lowering our rent and taking more action to protect their tenants I will be seeking legal advice and all the evidence that I need to prove my case can easily be gotten from the Colton police department.Nova Pointe you should be ashamed and I mean very ashamed of charging such high rent for what I believe to be a horrible place and a breeding ground for violence.
