Terrible place to live

I lived in Nova Pointe for almost four miserable years.

It was horrible.

Trash dumpsters right next to the buildings, deplorable conditions, etc.

Kids running around, cursing, hollering, and being destructive to the property.

I used to hear gunshots in the middle of the night.

My car was stolen RIGHT outside my apt.

My friend's apt.

was broken into.

We used to have to call police numerous times.

They're up there everyday.

Helicopters too.

When we first moved in they were supposed to be cleaning up the place, then new management arrived and it's been hell ever since.

We complained more times than we can count and got very little, if any, solutions.

It was like they didn't care, or we were bothering them.

Not to mention rent was too much, and kept increasing.

But I thank God that we got out of there and now we're VERY happy where we live.

I would recommend that anyone who is thinking about moving here, do yourself and your family a favor and DON'T!
