I thought someone said that they were cleaning out these thug infested apartments.
I see more thugs here now than I did before.
What was management thinking about when they
rented to those type of people. This place sickens me. I am afraid to walk outside because these thugs look like they kick a-- and take names later. You would think that after that horrible shooting here last month that Nova Pointe would be a bit more strict on their tenant screening but I guess not.
I am seriously thinking about joining a group of other tenants to form a class action lawsuit against this place because it is begining to look like they are playing russian roulette with our lives by failing to
follow up on their screening process.I heard so many other tenants who live here complaining of high rent and unsafe enviornment, I agree based on what I've seen going on around here. Hey, what puzzles me is how they manage to keep these apartments looking so beautiful could it be a cover up for what's going down on the inside. With all the bad stuff that goes on here this place would be considered a ghetto but because it look good you can't call it a slum yard.
