So after reading all the negative revies on this property-wanted to throw one in. I have lived here now for 2 months and I think it is great and really cheap. I have not experienced any negative situations from the front office to the safety here. The grounds are clean and living in the rear of the complex I constantly see the 24 hour patrol driving or walking doing their job. There are certain racial factors that scared me a little when I first moved here, but my neighbors have been really friendly. Like anywhere you have the people who will be law breakers and who do their pot smoking here and there but honestly overall it is affordable and clean and for what you get with rent is really good. I moved from a really nice area (Los Feliz)in Los Angeles and was paying 1050.00/month for a studio so living here is dfntly affordable and allows me to go back to school.
