God have mercy for what i am about to reveal to the public is the truth and nothing but the truth so help me God.
Please read carefully all that follows and you decide for yourself if this is the type of environment you want your family to live in.
Here are the facts: It has a high black people population. Some of the apartments here have so many cats and dogs living inside them and they smell like animal feces and urine,but management says that no pets allowed. Some but not all of the children run through this complex screamming and yelling, sometimes even pushing eachother in shopping carts. God forbide you should have any teenage girls, I see so many here acting like rudely woman; if you know what I mean (hot to trot and can't be stoped). Teenage boys chase these girls as if their dogs in heat and the girls just giggle and run, some stay for indecent fun or so they call it that. Watchout for little black dots in your kitchen cabniets or on the counter or even along the running board in your kicthen, this could be a sure sign that you have a rat or mice problem (it's the animals drippings or shall I say it's animal poop).Sneaky, nosey neighboors spy on you from their windows or their peep holes whenever they see you with company.
Homosexuals galore so come aboard if you're a gaylord you'll fit right in.
Management is preety nice, I have no complaints there. Maintenance half ass fixes things which requires you to constantly bug the front office and that's just not right nor is it fair to those in the front office. The front office is so nice you will actually adore them. But beware of the thugs walking all around these grounds at night. You might even smell drugs in the air, more so than not. Oh, my goodness they tow away cars like crazy here. I seen a teenage boy jump into a trash ben and his buddies followed quickly behind him, they dug out clothes, purses, and other discarded items. They even took an old stained bed matress, yuck only God knows what all occurred on that filthy matress but I guess the poor boys really needed it. The pools are filthy, yes I said it, filthy but they do clean it out real good from time to time besides the good looking ground makes up for that or so they think. What you want, they got it both good and bad but the bad is very scary. I was told that a young girl was raped by several colored boys and it shamed her uncle so badly that they moved to save face.
At times I think I live at the police department because their here more than I am and I live here. If you don't believe me just call up Colton police department and ask them how safe is the Novia Pointe apartments in Colton, what you'll hear will probabbly schock you and send you running scared for your life and I am not joking either. You will also have to pay the city of Colton approx. $26-$28 in seweage cost and this comes on your electric bill can you imagine if you only used $20 in electric but received a bill for $48, it happens here all the time. The city says that they gave this apartment owner the option to pay the seweage cost or past the cost on to their tenants and you guessed it right, they chose to past the cost down to their tenants. I could go on forever but my hands are so tired
so you do the research because not even dominoe pizza delivers here after 5pm call and check for yourself. Oh and you can hear your upstairs neighbors talking as if their was no wall seperating the two of you. I have heard things that made me want to vomit and I am sure that they can here my conversations too. Oh, my God you can hear your neighbors taking a shower (you'll hear the water loudly running through the pipes in the wall). Oh, and they turn off your water sometimes without notifying you, sometimes they do but not most of the times.
I was on the toliet and tried to flush the toilet and there was no water in it, yuck how unsanitary and they had the water off for an hour or more. And they also have a serious mildew or it might be mold problem in the restroom of the ceiling that means there's to much moisture in the walls and no those cheap bathroom fans don't stop it. You'll have to spray bleach but the mold or mildew will return after some time.

Nova Pointe Apartments do look very nice but I got to keep it real the ---- is just a front to keep you blinded from the truth. There's alot and i do mean alot of those colored folks there, not to say that colored folks are all bad but come on now, they have the one's there who act like they just escaped from the projects of Africa itself.

You guys are the ones who sound ignorant! Talking about "watch out Whitey or you will get shot." What a bunch of fuc--ing animals! Just like in the damn SuperDome in New Orleans. Oh, and I love the comment from Katalina2603 saying someone should get sense beat into them!! That's great! You are truly showing how sophisticated and moral you and your people are by saying that. That comment made me laugh so hard, because it sounded so much like something a bitchy black girl would say! Face it; it's not ignorant or racist to make a statement about the amount of one particular culture or ethnicity living in these apartments. That's what this damn website is for, in case you missed that one. Face it;this place sounds like a hell-hole. It's rated one of the most dangerous apartment complexes in the inland empire. You really don't think it has ANYTHING to do with the fact that there are alot of ------??? Can't anyone put two and two together???(It's four by the way.) Yeah, I can sure think of alot of dumpy ghetto-like apartment complexes out there that are full of nothing but employed, educated white people. I'll be sure to stay away from those places, you betcha! LOL! By the way; I don't live at Nova Pointe(Thank You Jesus!)and I would NEVER! I live in Rancho Cucamonga, and the few ------ I live around are the only trouble makers here. They are the only ones who steal other tennants' parking spots, who play loud rap music in the parking lot at 2am, and the only ones who have been caught trying to break into the mailboxes. I'm so glad that there are just a few of them. Thanks for the laugh Katalina!!

For Ranchoshittypants and the rest of you I am actually in property management and have worked at some of the best properties in Northern and Southern California. I can tell you, Rancho, it doesn't matter what neighborhood you're in because even in Rancho there are "White, educated people" beating their wives, high on coke, and breaking into mailboxes, and taking other tenant's spots because "they didn't feel like parking in their own". The only thing difference is the highly educated white people you're talking about, have enough money to buy people's opinions of themselves because their car or house is nice. For the other people "trying" to help out the argument, you're only making it worse by saying someone should "slap yo ass". Yes, there are still racists in this world. Just let it go and do your best to make a better imprssion on the world. It's clear that your actions are helping his point. He's clearly ignorant himself, because unless he was truly there at the Super Dome, he has no leg to stand on. He probably got it off of Fox news because the real damage wasn't in Louisiana, it was in Mississippi. To answer your question, Rancho, I don't think it has anything to do with a supposed high number of black residents living there, I think it has to do with a high number of low income, ignorant people like yourself, with no self-respect living there. I, myself, don't live in this place, thankfully, and hope that I never will. It's funny you should through Jesus' and God's name around because He just might answer you.

Agreeing to pinkmonkey i seen the apartments today and went here i was thinkin about movin in but now i would never i have a fiance whos expecting a child and this is no type of environment to raise a child let alone a newborn as for the comments on the racisim and ignorance everybody blaming somebody but nothings gettin done maybes its not too many balcks or not enough whites or gangs,violence,d or any of that the problem is with YOU the tenants obviously a groups of ignorant humans who are staying in a situation they despise arguing with and accusing people in the same situation the soulution-MOVE!!!
