I agree with all others who do not recommend this place.

This apartment is full of thugs and gangstas that make me scared of walking around the apartment at night.

Whenever I get back from work, I would walk quickly from my car to my apartment because I don't want to deal with these thugs and gangstas.

The walls are super thin that I can hear people upstairs talking, blasting their ghetto music, and people moaning and having sex.

I'm sure they can hear me talking in my apartment too.

You have no privacy.

I can hear them taking a shower.

I can hear their footsteps.

Every Friday, my lowlife neighbor and his ghetto friends that come home drunk, blast their music, start kicking, screaming, having sex, and moaning.

It's hell here you see.

Maintenance people are very lazy.

I have to keep bugging the people in the front office for them to come fix.

Their work quality sucks and requires several trips before the work is finished.

I can go on forever, but you all get the idea.

I've been living here for almost 2 years and a half.

I am outta here because I can afford a better place than this.

Hell, anywhere else on earth would be better than here.

So if you're considering about renting these apartments, go and call the Colton Police Department and ask them about this place.

Tell them that you are thinking about moving in.

If you still wanna live here, no one will stop you, but GOOD LUCK coz you're gonna really need it.
