Nova Pointe, Nice but can be Scary at times!!!!

Ok so I am going to be honest with all who reads this and for of those who are thinking about moving here.
Yes it may seem and look like a nice place and it can be at times.
It is a bit scary though at times especially when you see people walking around or standing around in the middle of the night and don't know what they are up to, but if you just mind your own business and not mess with them then your likely to be fine.You can easily get a contact high from your neighbors and there buddies smoking pot.
I haven't really had any problems in the 3 yrs that I live here, but I know that there is a better place for me and my family.
The managment seems like they have been doing a better job in who they let move in here, but they also need to check on certain apartments cause I think parents come and sign a lease for there kids and just leave them here and let them live out there lives on there own.
Maintenance sucks!!! They do a lousy job at fixing things and you are just calling them in 2wks to come back out and fix the same problem.
Parking here sucks and if you don't get home at a decent time you might as well park out on the street.you can waste alot of gas driving around in circles looking for a parking spot.
That I have learned.
You can get the nosey neighbors who like to take a peek onto your patio to see what you have or what you are doing.
The walls here are very thin and if you put your head really close to the wall you could have a conversation with your neighbor if you wanted to.
You can hear when people take showers are flush the toilet.
Beware cause mngmt likes to turn of the water without notice and keep it off for a while too.The pools aren't really clean except for the one by the office.
I could go on and on about things here, but overall this place could be a bit better.
I do look forward to the day that I finally get to move out of here.

I agree with this person. They do like to turn off the water a lot and I smell pot all the time. The neighbor I have above me is a police officer and he smokes a lot of pot. I have lived here for four years and three people have died by my garage. The office changes staff every month. The office girls are very unpleasant and the manager is worse. I used to be the scary guy at my old apartment complex but im nothing at this place.
