January 2009 Two black gang members shot each other and a 4 year old in a gun fight at Nova Pointe.
In the north east part.
(Thats right up front by the rental office.) The child is going to live but one of the gang members was killed.
The other is in jail awaiting trial for killing the gang member that shot the 4 year old.
This place sucks.
I wish I didn't have so many felonys so I could get a better job and move out of this scary place.

No one was shot here in January 2009 and this obviously is a complete false hood. Call Colton P.D. to verify it. This obviously was posted by a angry resident who didn't get there way or was asked to move. There are several residents here that love this place and are willing to continue to make it a better place to live for everyone.

this place is full of gang members.the was shooting in this apt again on the 04/18/2010 @ around 1:20am. i wish i read this review before moving here. This place is very unsaf and i wish the police can visit this place frequently. In fact, the place is full of people who don't want to do anything good for their life. what a shame. This is a waste in taxpayers money, and besides what do people gain killing others. The management has to take a close look at this problem, for we are very unsecure here. please try and read this review before you think of moving in. I loathe this place with all my heart. Too many young people who don't care about their lives. Drop those stupid guns and use ur hands to fight in order to prove the manliness.This apt should be call gun shooting pointe apt instead of nova pointe. Too bad!

I agree with all the negative comments. My lease ends in June and I will be getting out of here, hopefully I make it alive!! There is water running all night and you are unable to walk them without getting your entire feet wet. At night you can't sleep because of people that are partying, smoking weed, and all the bad things you can imagine. Don't move in! Also, the office staff is careless about the tenants that live here, they only care of the rent money, that's the only time they will stop by, just to put a letter on your door! Otherwise, all the complaints will never be taken care of.

actually there were several shooting incidents. GO GET A POLICE REPORT YOURSELF... any nice comments about nova pointe is simply from the staff trying boost their rates... because people are moving out in record numbers. just ask how many open apts they have.
