!!!EXTREMELY UNSAFE APARTMENTS!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Nova Pointe Apartments located in Colton A.K.A " THE COMPTON OF SAN BERNARDINO " is the worst place anyone can move to. On Thursday July 12, 2007 a 48 yr old family man was murdered near my car between 1-3 a.m.I had lived there for 1 year because I signed a lease HUGE MISTAKE! and before the murder my apt was broken into around two in the afternoon on a monday.It took the maintenance workers one week to repair my front door! When I first took a look at the neighborhood it seemed nice and peaceful and when I asked the employers and tenants of the property how the neighborhood was, they said it was a good neighborhood. The apts are always getting broken into and almost everyone carries a gun on them and it is not unusual to find your in the morning without any rims/tires on it if the car is even there at all. So if you care for you and your families life and property !!!STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!
