NOVA PIONTE APTS ARE SO GHETTO, LAST NIGHT I WAS AWAKENED BY GUN SHOTS AND COLTON POLICE KNOCKING ON MY DOOR. A MAN WAS MURDERED IN FRONT OF MY APT IN JULY. MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. I CALLED TO GET SOMETHING FIXED, ITS BEEN A MONTH ALREADY THEY HAVENT FIXED NOTHING. THERE PEOPLE SELLING DRUGS, THERES LOUD PARTIES! IF U HAVE KIDS DONT NOT PUT THEM IN THAT ENVIROMENT.....

Im curently a residence and have been for over 7 years...In the past 8 months, ive almost been broken into...I agree the management here is worthless. I signed a lease with the agreement it would be gated, and the gate near my place have been broken for over 3 months...I was a victim recently of my vehicle being vandlized by someone shoting a bullet thru my rear window and also my windshild..I was told by the Manager, that was unfortunate that 5% that live here donnot are not working law abiding people, but she had no control over that??? I was also told by Colton PD, if there is law informent needed, do not call the complex security, dial 911, becuase this is a very bad crime area. Too bad I'm being forced to move since Nova Pointe are the ones who broke the lease agreement! I am also currently in communication with the PINNACLE Company, out of Irvine Ca, who own this property!!!
