I lived here for the pass 5 years.
And I have nothing but praise for the office staff and our new manager who is terrific, and our matineance men who work so hard.
I say this with experince as I have own apartments in Las Vegas.
And it's always hard to find good help and good workers.
Thank you for your team here at Nova Pointe.

Dude, you're a frikkin' ------! Clearly you're one of the staff members in attempt to clear your own name and conscience. What you CAN'T clear would be the report of the Colton P.D. Nice try though-
Nova Pointe is such a ridiculously horrible place to live that Pizza Hut won't even deliver inside of the complex, thus forcing residents to walk/drive up to the front gate and retrieve their orders. That's a dayum shame. Let's not act in an oblivious manner.
Now. Try praising that---

Well this statement by Anonymous is totally ridiculous. This resident has lived here for several years and shows up to the neighborhood watch meetings like many other residents that are striving to make Nova Pointe a great place to live for everyone. We're sorry that you feel that way and we hope that your experience changes for the better.

Attending neighborhood watch meeting and being a good tenant does not conceal the fact that these apartments are crime invested. Striving to make it better does not make it a great place to live. You may like living here but don't deny the facts boo. These Apts really need to be condemned and the management knows it!!

and for the record THERE ARE NO NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETINGS... they never send anything about going to one.. And you never see any post about how the lady in the office who was stealing rent money but she still works there...

This place was scary. I have to go back and look at the reviews just to remember how scary this place was. I am the one who took all 3 of those pictures. Look carefully at the one with all the candles and empty alcohol bottles. That pic was taken the day after a drug dealer and a gang member shot each other across from building # 55. The drug dealer lost.
The staff are not nice people. Im so glad I left this place.
