I moved in Sept 2002. They gave us a special deal since the people that were supposed to move in didnt qualify. We pay $785 for a 2 bed/1 bath downstairs with fireplace. That is an excellent price, considering what the going rate is. The pools are well kept, and the grounds are clean. The gym is too small for my taste (1 treadmill, 1 stairmaster, and 1 weight lifting unit) We are fortunate to live in the very back of the complex, where there is always plenty of parking. The freeway is also really close, but we never hear it. The only thing I would change is that the place needs more insulation. I can hear the water running in the living room when my neighbors shower! The kitchen is also a little small, but it IS an apartment.
Overall, I would recommend Windrush to a friend.
