i have lived here almost 1 year now.... this is a safe place and i feel comfortable here, howeve, the oher people who live here (most of them) are noisy and rude and when u complain about them the staff doesnt seem to take much notice... maintenace is adequate, very prompt to respond so thats good... staff is friendly but most times i feel like they neglect the fact that my neighbors are becoming a problem... children play where the car is parked (on the road) and good luck if they damage ur car, coz u gona pay for it!... the constant traffic coming in might kill the kids one day but staff dont regard that as a prblem when i complained!... just unbelievable! ofcourse i had no problems first nine months but the day i renewed my lease i was regreting it! so good luck,, i would say pay a little more and move somewhere nice.

You know, it really does suck when your neighbors are noisy and the office should do more then they sometimes do. However they can only do so much.I know one of teh girls in the office and she does try but the residents making the noise also have rights so sometimes she is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
