I agree. The aparments feel safe. At times, there is a problem with noisy neighbors. There is constant traffic coming in and out. The management is not very responsive and not professional. When they need something they leave lenghty memos on your door. But when you require good customer service, they do not care. They will never attempt to call you or contact you if you made the mistake of parking on the wrong place even though they have your license plate on file. They will just call the towing truck at your expense. It could cost a pretty penny to recover your car. I am very disatisfied with the way management conduct business here. I know at least three other families with serious complaints about management.
