Positives: There are two pools that are full of kids and urine.

Negatives:
Look at all the reviews. In the past 6 months, they are all 3 or less!!!! This used to be a good place by the Manager; is utterly horrible to speak with and abuses her power.

Management staffs are snotty and will never admit any fault.
Can hear music in almost every area of the grounds except the pool.
THEY TAKE A STANDARD DEDUCTION OUT OF YOUR DEPOSITE OF ABOUT $225 and it s a $300 deposit!!! Even if everything is perfect upon move out. They will do a walk through and say oh we will charge for steam cleaning and last months water/garbage bill and you will get the rest back . They have 21 days legally to return your depot. If it is over $120 they keep then they must itemize all deductions including cost of labor and exact hours worked. We waited 39 days and got $65 back after being told we would get all deposit less the water/garbage bill.

Our unit was entered two times w/o any notice. Pictures documented this and a complaint was filed with BRE.

DO NOT RENT HERE. The price may be a little bit cheaper for a gated community, but there are always police coming in and out. There are solicitors at least two nights a week at the door.

MANAGENT will enter your unit with out 24 hour notice. Remember to document and file a police report

LEASE: California State Legislature ruled if you are on a lease, you DON T have to give written 30 day notice when leaving because it is implied that you will leave unless you sign a new lease. EVEN IF THE LEASE YOU SIGN STATES OTHEREWISE.

IF you do move in here please, please, please get an attorney. You will needed it

Similar problems with them upon move out. Did not enter my unit though.

I guess people should start recording them when they do the final walk through after they move, because all they do is lie. I guess I will need a lawyer and a recorder when I do my final walk through.
