I have rented apartments for the last eight years, and have NEVER felt so harrassed and disrespected by the management staff. They entered my apartment without notice, and let my dog out because he was barking. The Manager is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! she is rude, and lacks any tact or concerns for the residence. It was almost a daily event when I would come home and there would be some sort of notice on my door, which were completely unfounded.

At time of move in I paid a 1500.00 deposit and only received $286.00 dollars back. They charged me $800.00 for carpet in the living room, which was not new when I moved in, and I lived there for almost two years.

The maintenance staff was the only perks to these apartments!

You know you get what you put out. I lived close to this person and their dog barked non-stop. They wuld leave the dog outside on their patio for days at a time. It was hell living next to them. I had no problem with the office staff. They did what they could to fix this problem. I was very happy to see them leave. When their dog was not locked outside he was locked in the apt. so i am sure there was pee and poo everywhere and that is why they were charged for carpet replacement.

We had a problem with them entering our TWICE in the same week. We did not have a dog and were home only to sleep as my wife and I were both full time students in professional school. At the time we moved out, we only were giving $68.00 of our deposit. When we asked for an itemized list of deductions for which we were charged for, they "lost" the paperwork. The largest pain of all was the manager who is so rude I think she has frontal lobe damage causing a change in personality. We contacted the corporate BRE office and they called us liars of course. The funny thing was during our "walk through" prior to moving out, she told us it didn't even look like our unit was lived in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX OR BRE. Please!

Yes, I completely agree. The manager is very rude and she will not even talk to you unless she has to. They are nice to you before you sign the lease but later they are very inconsiderate.... they believe they are always right and there is no way they can make mistakes. They do not act educated or professional.

It is like living in hell at Windrush, these ladies at the office are liars, and are not professional, I guess they forget that they are the ones representing Windrush, but they are sooooooo rude. If they do not like there jobs they should quit and give somebody else the chance to have a good job. They just have to be nice, respectful and professional. Get real, if they are like that to others they must have a horrible life.
