Just moved in... Overall I am happy about moving in to Terrac Oak apts in Colton. The only thing that I am not happy with is the parking situation. Because I moved in at a time right after they redid the parking spots, I got screwed in a close spot to my apt.

DO NOT RENT HERE Have been a resident of Reche Canyon Apartments for 3 years. They have changed management over 6 times, lots of cars stolen! Break ins happen all the time, management doesent do anything about it. Latest manager was extremely rude and cleared out half of the whole complex

haunted reche canyon apt. the apartment i just moved in is really creepy. aside from the noise, and the wholly hole in my roof, and the fact that the cemetery is just right across from me-- this apartment is probably haunted. I've heard shuffling noises one time coming from the closet
