03/14/14 by doc2nd2: Terrace oaks was our choice for temporary living when we moved to the area. After doing some research it seemed to be an average place that would do for the next 6 months. My fianc and I are both nurses and have a very good income. We also have an excellent rental history. We applied and was approved with a $900 deposit, equal to one month rent, not out of the ordinary. We signed the more

06/23/14 by Satisfied renter: I have lived here at Tuscan Village at Reche Canyon for 1 year now. The apartment is bright and airy. I find the Manager Kim Richmond to be a professional and courteous manager. I have gone to her with any little problem I've had and whenever possible she has come up with a timely solution that is completely to my satisfaction. The maintenance manager Antonio is also just as professional, more

08/30/14 by Ckworld: I have lived here for about 9 months now and I have never had any trouble with the management. Really wonderful people. Friendly in the office. They keep your packages safe and well sorted. I have put in about 3-4 service requests and each and everyone of them were taken care of within 24 hours. Just wonderful people. Only wished the people within the community would be more interactive. But, more

07/02/14 by anonymous: DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!!!!!! Being that the apartment size is so small I think its a bit over priced for both studio and one bedroom. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AT FIRST BUT U CAN KISS THAT FAKENESS GOODBYE ONCE THEY HAVE UR MONEY! THE WATER SOMETIMES WAS PISS YELLOW GROSS TO THINK I WOULD BE COOKING AND BATHING IN IT IF I DIDNT NOTICE.WHEN I BROUGHT THE WATER TO THERE ATTENTION more

08/22/14 by anonymous: I lived at Las Brisas Apartments for 4 months. In the beginning, I did have a problem with roaches, but that was resolved in the first month. Most importantly, The maintenance team took my stove outside while my apartment was being fumigated in order to prevent the roaches from taking refuge inside. After that, I used the bait and no more problems except a few strays in the beginning. more

08/26/14 by anonymous: The lady's in the office when you enter treat you like your at home Colette and Kim are welcoming and generous. They help encounter any issues that I have had. When I move I am not leaving a building I am leaving someone that feels like family. I recommend anyone to move here it's a nice place and quiet. If you have questions come see for yourself. more

05/22/14 by anonymous: Horrible places to live. The people in the office are fake friendly. Never help solve problems. Say they will get back to you and they never do. Bushes trimmed once a month walk into them all the time. Light work when they get to turn them on. Security is young and always talking to to ghetto people hear. Probably getting high with them. Teenagers smoking weed at the pool after hours. Great more

04/25/14 by anonymous: A VERY HELPFUL REVIEW! Before moving to Colton, in general, there are a few things you need to know. I wish I had known before moving but unfortunately, I didn't have much of a choice. Colton is the place people in the ghetto move to, to get out of the ghetto. A "small" step up. The rent is moderately priced for the area, although, once you factor in the more

04/19/14 by anonymous: First off the first time we called these apartments the agent told us that there were apartments available and to come in. When we get there a different agent tells us they are full. We leave and called back just to make sure because we felt strange about it and the first agent that asked us to come in tells us they are not full and they have spaces. So when we come back the agent that denied us more

08/23/14 by nattycakes1: First of all this place is terrible but for the amount of the rent I guess you shouldn't expect too much. Security is always here at night which is a sense of relief and maintenance is always cutting the grass...with a weed wacker and leaving the trash EVERYWHERE. Sprinklers are not placed properly or broken and as a result it floods the walkway. Expect to get soaked walking to your more
