TURN AWAY - This place is crawling with roaches and bed bugs. Its a mexican community and not a safe place for children or anyone who is not interested in drugs. olivera villa apartments is horrible!!!!!!!! - This is by far the worst apartment i have ever lived in!! Enveryone is so damn loud and have no respect at allllllll. There is not even a manager on the premises so when you have a problem you are screwed.
