DO NOT MOVE HERE! - This place is VERY noisy! Not just the expected Clayton Rd traffic, but the garbage trucks come 3 different times a week to the surrounding shopping centers, and this apt. There are leaf blowers constantly blowing the leaves into the street several times during the week, sometimes at 6am. The tree cutters do not help either. They hired tree cutters which butchered them down ...Full review of Bel Air Apartments

Bad Business - Spent year at Park Central. Loved the appartment except for two things: fire alarms went off at all hours of the day for about 4 months and when it came time to renew the lease: raised rent by more than 30% in a state with 12% unemployment and where the CPI is 1.5%. They claim they are interested in long term residents but their treatement of myself and other residents clearly ...Full review of Park Central

Disgusting - Do Not Move here, unless you have absolutely no where else to rent. It is absolutely DISGUSTING. The complex has a digusting odor, and is completely, ROACH INFESTED. We lived there for almost a year and could not stand it. The matienence is horrible and the staff is very friendly, until you move in. There is no security for the front door, it is always open, so anyone can ...Full review of Sterling Cove Apartments

Great Place to live - This was a wonderful place. I like that the grounds and pool area were kept up so nicely. It was always quite for me and most of my neighbors were friendly. I am a single women in my 30's and I always felt safe. I hated to move, but I was finally able to afford to buy my own place. If I ever need to rent in the Concord/Walnut Creek area again, I will definately rent at this ...Full review of Mendocino Apartments

Do Not Live at Palm Terrace - I moved to Palm Terrace a year ago. I wasn't too happy after I moved in. I was being rushed and they also told me that if I moved in they would give me the washer and dryer for free. (It's usually $60 bucks a month to rent it.) My lease is almost up so I am excited to get out of here. There are flowers and plants everywhere. Its pretty but, there are kids playing outside and a BEE ...Full review of Palm Terrace Apartments
