Finally Got My Security Deposit - I moved into the Del Valle Apartments in 1999. It was roach infested and had a horrible black mold problem on the walls. The sinks would back up and flood the lower units. Stephens Property Management handled these apartments. SPM completely ignored requests for repairs.
