This is a great place to live. No swimming pool or pets, but everything else is fine as long as you have good nieghbours. Management is professional and makes an effort to get things done. Maintenance is usually on the ball, but there have been 1 instance of 5 where the response was slow.
NB. The garage doors have been upgraded and work great. There was one break in attempt in the garage, but that was due to a resident letting the persons in.
