From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been in Casa Linda longer than I like. The apartments have a parking lot you are assigned one and have to pay extra if you would like another one BUT its full. I do not feel safe here. My car has been broken into twice and stolen once. It was found 3 days later and they took my 2 childrens car seat and very expansive stroller. You can hear everything from next door to the parking lot to up the street. fixtures and building are old. Everytime I flush my toilet it buzzes. The building needs to be updated with EVERYTHING. The apartments have the basic dishwasher and walk in closets. The Laundry room only has 4 washers and dryers, always fighting to find time to do laundry. Gets too hot in the summer. My apartment turns into a sauna. Its always 10 degree warmer than it is outside when summer comes. I have fans and an OLD AC but don't help much. Waiting to find the right place to move. I do not want to experience this again. I came from out of town so I did not good from bad when I moved to this location and apartment. The one thing I do like is the Cherry Blossom tree and roses in the court yard.
