Clayton Creek is a safe,quiet complex with a management staff that does a great job to maintain it-Very Professional! The staff knows their occupants by name and stays aware of activity occuring on the grounds. As a mother, it has made me feel very safe especially when staff is so friendly. They still host seasonal events, publish a newsletter, and also send out birthday cards personally signed by all. They also give out pumpkins and flower pots with choice of seeds seasonally. If maintenance needs to fix something, they bring popcorn and are very knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are always walking the grounds doing something. The pool is clean with lots of places to relax. The playground is also clean and updated. The laundry rooms are rarely busy as well as the fitness center which makes it nice. I have not had any pest problems whatsoever or noise issues. I rent a 2 bedroom. The only drawbacks, if commuting, is the distance to the freeway. However, the proximity to high standing public schools, parks, and trails are fantastic. Overall, I have been very pleased with Clayton Creek and plan on staying until I purchase my home.
