Its ok for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The grounds are nice. Apartments are decent but lack any, and I mean ANY, storage. Also, with regulations on what can be kept on your patio, there is nothing but closets in the rooms and one small closet in the living room. Build quality is shabby, particle board cabinets, low quality hole patches and outdated cheap fixtures. Management is OK. Jessica and Kim are the girls to see about anything you need. Both do a good job and treat you with respect. Craig the main manager, however, is absolutly worthless. Do not go to him for anything as he will either give you the run-a-round or just pass the job down to Kim or Jessica. Cut out the middle man and send him back to Sac-town. If you like using SBC as your phone company, don't move there. Anyone who has tried to get SBC's service will have to deal with alot of BS from both management and SBC, either way, niether is willing to help the resident. Parking is tight but abundant. Laundry facilities are top-notch. The noise factor is great. And children have courts, a jungle gym and plenty of grassey areas to play on and they are quiet and respectful. A good place as long as you know who to go to if you need help.
