Rice paper walls, cheap cabinets, beat-up appliances and fixtures, dirty carpets, stained linoleum to start, all of which will be taken out of your security deposit when you leave. Don't think your protecting yourself by documenting existing damage when you move in, because mgmt. will have conveniently lost said paperwork by the time of your departure!
Management is inefficient and rude, and good luck getting any maintanance after hours! I wouldn't recommend this swindle outfit to anyone!
