When I first moved in the Crossroads about 3 years ago, it was an ok place to live. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a dump! My neighbor went all winter in 2002 with no heat. Cars were forever being broke into, and stolen...as was mine. When I finally moved, the mngr told me that my apt was clean and would give me my deposit back, then charged me for a cleaning after they did renovation work. ( I lived there for 3 yrs). Took them to court and they LIED!! Saying my apt was filthy and full of ants, that I did not move the fridge and clean. They so lied...didn't even take pictures and won in court as I didn't have witnesses as they had to work. I brought letters but still lost. So if you dont mind living in a place where cops are always present...Crossroads is for you! Oh, yeah I had a leak in my bathroom roof (downstairs) and it took them months to repair. The ceiling was bulging with water and we were afraid to even use the toilet. Total nightmare!

Don't they have new owners now? When I moved-in, it was bought by another company so that comment in 2002 doesn't apply to this new owner.
