Six anonymous postings, three from the same person, and one from me.
Keep in mind that the majority of people who post reviews on this website are those who are unhappy with our service. Very rarely does someone take the time to say "good job", which anyone in any customer service related industry can verify. After reading the reviews posted since I've managed this community, I can pretty much guess with considerable accuracy who these people are. They are people whose personalities do not associate well with the personalities of the staff. I I am currently dealing with residents who believe that we are harassing them because we have had to remind them to pay their rent! So, just an FYI, take these reviews at face value. There are a lot of angry people in this world who insist on blaming others for their problems in life. They also do not have their facts straight - my entire staff (with the exception of myself) was in place prior to the change of ownership. So you see really the only person they do not like is me and my service manager.

I use to live here many years ago, when Pat was the manager. After returning, this place has done a complete 180 and is headed downhill. Had I known about apartmentratings.com, I would never have moved in here.

you are a ------- liar!!!! I am so disturbed by your perception of life!!! There is a problem with you and your staff...Bend over take it in the ass and deal. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem and for Christ sake even the police put a negative coment!!!! lady you need to get a grip on reality!
