I can't believe what I have read on this website.

It sounds like there are a lot of bitter people living in this complex.

Why is it that the tenants always blame the manager before they take any blame themselves.

If you are not paying your rent on time then the manager has every right to start the eviction on you.

You have to remember that technically there is no lead way for rent.

It is due on the first.

As a courtesy, management gives you an extra 5 days to come up with it.

I've paid my rent on time since moving in and sometimes it gets very hard.

I have so many other bills to pay but when it comes to having a roof over my and my kids heads you better believe that my rent is paid on time.

Stop being cry babies and start being mature adults.

Work overtime if you have to or start pawning things off to get your rent paid.

Don't let it wait till the last minute.

And if you are going to pay late be reminded that communication with the manager goes a long way.
