I am not sure what is the problem here...

I am new to Crossroads and so far I have had no problems what so ever.

I received the best customer service from the lady in the office named Mellisa.

She even stayed two hours late to help me out.

She took her time with us I was very impressed with the way she represented herself as well as the complex.

I rented my apartment that same night without even seeing my apartment in till the next day.

(I was too late to see the apartment) I am very happy here, and I am glad to be here.
