Crossroads has always had problems, look at the location, and it is not fenced in.
Of course there are going to be people walking through and cars being messed with, but that will be anywhere you live.
How can the office staff control what punk kids do at night'' They have the security patrol and Concord PD drives through at night.
You are all just too uptight....maybe you should move, to Blackhawk or something "safe and preppy" for your pansy ---.
Deal with it or move out...it's a lot better then something down on Monument.
