lived here for about 8 months now on my year lease and i cant wait to move out.
the rent is pretty high.
other then that the area is pretty nice.
there is a shopping area across the street with lots of different shops.
there is a really good view of mount diablo.
my toilet is horrible, it wont flush.
the maintenance guy said something was probably stuck in it and left me a plunger.
also when i first moved in the knob on my shower came completly off, cool.
AND! the rooms are coinsidentally right above four a/c units.
imagine going to bed every night next to a running airplane.
dont move here, maybe theyll lower the rent.

how much was the rent? It sounds like if the rent was lower you probably wouldn't mind...
