I checked out all the reviews for most of these apartments in Concord.
All I can say is check it out for yourself.
You can't belive everything you read.
This place is nice well taken care of.
I rented a 1 bedroom here as it met most of my needs.
The only downside to this apartment is the street noise but with the windows closed it's reduced a lot.
