I just moved out from Diablo View after living there for two years. We had a postive experience overall. It was noisy at times, but our bedroom window faced the corner of Treat & Clayton. It wasn't other residents, it was the Fire dept. down the road and people riding Harleys. We have found the management to be fair, reliable and very accessible. Prior to moving out, I was very concerned that I might not receive much of my security deposit back. I called the manager, Mary, and we chatted very openly about the items I was concerned about. During our walk-through, Mary was more than fair and I will be getting the vast majority of my deposit back; something that I know is not the norm in the renting world. As for safety concerns noted by other residents, what can I say. Cars are broken into all over the Bay Area. It happens just as much in Concord as it does in Orinda. A Pleasant Hill police officer told me that. Diablo View is a good complex in a convenient location. As a final note; let me say that I miss the walk-in pantry already!

Yes cars are getting broken into all over but just in this complex too many are broken into...
