Talk About Improvement!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   I was curious how this place has been ranking, as I see there are no recent reviews here. They have really stepped it up here at Kenwal! Last year they completely refaced the building with new siding and insulation... looks SOOO much better! They also installed all new double pane windows and sliding doors (which are beautiful french door style and I'm loving it!).. it's getting a touch of class here. It's been under a new manager for over a year and she really stays on top of things... seeded out the bad and in with the good... lots of changes and improvements. I would recommend this complex to anyone, great rates, large spacious apartments, great management, great maintenance, excellent schools zoning area... They're moving on up! I guess they are also doing new landscaping this year which will improve it even more... So don't go by the reviews from 2 years ago... trust a recent review...
