I only lived there for 6 months and had to cut my lease short. But the place was great and i loved it. I had books for school sent to the office and they were more than happy to accept them. I always felt safe in my apartment. The apartments themselves were beautiful and the grounds were well kept. All of the staff were friendly and i often chatted with them briefly as passing though. The whole brothel incident was not the managers fault and should not be held accountable... noone would knowingly let that happen and i never personally saw anything going on. Parking was never really an issue and i like that my car was locked in a secure building. The elevators never broke and the gates were always functioning...and this is all more than i can say for most apartments in walnut creek and concord (ie park regency (dont ever rent there)). I was very sad to leave the place when i moved out of state and i would most certainly go back when and if we moved back to California.

Wow, this is refreshing to see positive comments on line for any property. Usually, only people who want to complain log on.
