The apartment manager, Jerry, is an extremely friendly. He is quick with any needs you may require. We needed a new toilet and he was able to get it within a few days. Later, we had an electrical problem and he was able to get it fixed within the week.
The place is well run and all the people I met there were very friendly. The walls are a bit thin, as most apartments out there are. Price was good for location and the rooms were very large.
The only negative aspect is, you only get one parking space, so if your roommate has a car, it sometimes becomes a battle to get a close parking.
