Palm Lake Apartments

First place...not that great From: keaganmm Date posted: 2/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for a year and have enjoyed it. I live on the top floor on the courtyard side. The hallways always smell and are dirty. There are alot of older people (some have lived there for 35 years) and they do not tolerate any noise after 10...even talking on your balcony. I had a knock on my door at one in the afternoon asking to turn down my radio! They also made false reports saying I was being loud when I was out of town!!! What few problems I had maintenance fixed right away and my apartment came with new carpet, flooring, and appliances. There is sooo much storage space and the 2 bed/2 bath is perfect for roomates. There is always plenty of parking and is across the street from shops. The courtyard setting is pretty and has potential but looks like a swamp...bring your friends over at night. I am leaving next month and thought to look into these comments...I hope I get my deposit!
