Paramount Arms Apartments

Incompetence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Paramount Apts. like the black plague. The manager gives new meaning to the term "absentee landlord". He is very lazy, and never willing to inconvenience himself to get things done. Tenants have rountinely complained about noise, repairs, theft, and other matters, but these problems are never resolved. I complained about a defect in my ceiling over a year ago, and it still has not been adressed. Do yourself a favor and spend more money to live elsewhere. You'll thank yourself for it!
