Right under the managers nose!
Someone rented an apartment here and was running a brothel.
I am so glad I decided not to rent here.
When I looked at an apartment here I was not impressed with the people I saw coming and going from the place.
Management told me they dont live here they aare just visitors.
I felt very uncomfortable walking around looking at several apartments.

Brothels happen all over California and throughout the USA. The manager worked with the Police to get the madam busted. Management could've just evicted this person and you would've never have heard a thing about it. The clientele was very professional and not scary people like in the movies. California has strict Fair Housing Rules that landlords must follow. I checked with the manager of Legacy Park Central and she said the resident provided all the required paperwork at move it. The manager had no idea this person had plans to commit a crime. Same as we don't know if you are selling illegal drugs out of your home or growing them in your home for later distrubution. Residents were unaware of the brothel except right next door. Do you know what is going on in your neighborhood behind closed doors? I loved my place at Legacy.
