Overall a nice place, but not perfect

I've lived at the building for just over a year and have to say it is a fair value for what you pay.
It has its flaws.
The staff occasionally seems overwhelmed and doesn't return calls promptly, but they do hustle to help you once you get ahold of someone.
Security is a concern, it borders a sketchy neighborhood and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to get around the garage gate.
Although, I haven't had any incidents.
My neighbors all seem to be nice, pleasant people.
So I really have no idea about some of the other posts about scary people living there.
The whole brothel incident could have been anywhere.
It was a $400 an hour place, not a bunch of crack whores.
I've recommended it to 3 friends, two of which moved into the place.
We are all 30ish working professionals and the place suits our needs just fine.
